All websites we provide come with the following ongoing services and support:

• Secure Hosting
Includes server space for your website template, images, and files.

• Basic SEO Setup
We carry out basic on-page SEO during the website build to help with search engine visibility.

• Ongoing Support & Free Edits
You can edit your website yourself, but we also offer a free support service where our team can make edits for you. Simply message us via your dedicated Facebook website chat and we’ll reply within 20 minutes to confirm how long the edit will take – we aim to complete all edits within 24 hours.

• SSL Certificate Renewal
Your website’s SSL security certificate is automatically renewed every quarter, keeping your site secure and trusted by browsers.

• Domain Name Renewal
We manage your domain renewal annually through our GoDaddy account. You’ll only be charged the cost price for renewal, based on GoDaddy’s rate for your domain’s extension (e.g., .co.uk, .com, etc).

If we are to upload your content for you, we will need 200 - 400 words about your business, to go on the home page, plus logo (if you have your own), images, prices, etc and we can build it and then upload all your content within 1 week / 1.5 weeks...depending on how much content there is supplied to us to use. .

Website - Monthly Payment
This will be £20+vat a month and the direct debit will need to be set up ASAP before we start the website build

In the 3-4 yrs ive been with your company for website etc i dont think ive ever truly known you to close, which is one of the many reasons we all rate you and your company so high.

Ref the online signature screen on the booking system, I find this makes life so much easier. I get the customer to accept and sign the terms and conditions upon booking, then have a reminder email set up to send them a link to the agreement form on my terms and conditions page a couple of days before the hire. I then have a copy via email which I can print, and the signature on the booking details. (I do also have pads....just in case)
